"Gene and Mike were great. Lost my water pump, and they came out the same day. The well was installed in 1969 and had all the original pipes, hoses and fittings. I watched them pull it out, and they were all broken or leaking as well as a bad pump. They got the parts and returned the same day to get my water back on. Once it was restored and they tested it, more leaks were found in the house, and they had to fix some mistakes made by another plumber as well, so the job went late into the evening. They stayed until it was done. The price was fair, and they were very polite and professional. They even took off their shoes when entering the house. They rebuilt my well and half of the house plumbing in one day for a reasonable price. I would recommend them to anyone."

"We had no water at my daughter's house and called Gene on a recommendation. He was out there when promised and had water back on in the house when promised even after running into multiple issues. The system required a complete overhaul, and he did everything needed to make sure the system worked better than ever before he left. Gene was responsive and kept his commitments...something hard to find in business these days. We will call him again for any future plumbing needs."

"Going from noticing a broken water heater to having it fixed in two hours. I called Gene. I assume he's the G in the company name, at 7:30 AM, about water heater issues. He was at my place at 8:15 AM, gave me the options I have, no up-sells, no gimmicks, just what I asked for. We made a 2 PM appointment for the water heater swap. He was there on time, took him and his helper an hour. Done, no mess, but hot water! That's how it should be."
